Hello! I am Heather. I am a mom of 2 children- born in 2004 and 2007, so I have lived through all ages and stages, and am comfortable with all kids. Each stage has amazing parts that I loved. One of my
children also has ADHD, and is on the autism spectrum, so I do have experience with that as well.

I moved to Steamboat for high school in order to be a ski racer and attend Steamboat Mountain School. After graduating from Middlebury College in Vermont, with a degree in History, Elementary Education and Geology, I moved home to Steamboat. I taught for a few years and I coached skiing for 15 years with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Most recently, I ran the Pediatrics office here in town, so I am up to speed on all kinds of childhood ailments.

I love to ski, play golf, play games, travel and explore the world and read. You can find me and my kids either on the ski hill or out exploring town and our beautiful Yampa Valley on weekends.

I love to see the amazement in kid’s eyes when they discover new things, so with your kids, we’ll explore the outdoors around us. We’ll read great books and play old school board games. I can’t wait to meet your children!
