Carlyn has over 15 years of experience as a babysitter/nanny and has worked with youth in infancy through teenage years. She is a CPR/First Aid trainer through the American Heart Association, volunteers as a senior mentor through a non-profit in Steamboat, and serves as the board president for Routt County Youth Services Coalition in addition to facilitating family and youth development classes. Carlyn is passionate about youth development and has managed youth programs in NW CO for the last four years, prior to which she managed a residential facility for single parents. She loves putting together a craft project, getting kids outside, helping with homework, and encouraging a healthy imagination! She prioritizes communication with families and brings lots of energy and a positive attitude to every family she works with!
